Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.
